Waking up to that view made my stay nice.

The staff was extremely friendly, helped a lot. Got great-sized and fairly quiet room with beautiful view as expected, enjoyed it😃❤

Great stay, as always. Good sized and fairly quiet rooms with a king sized bed with great views. The pool area is nice too. Caring personnel and perfect location right on the lake. Based right by both Watkins Glen and the wineries along route 14, the wineries and restaurants, shops, and wineries.

Request a room with a balcony for fine lake views, but check for cleanliness after your arrival.

We do not eat at the Inn. We come in on a Monday & food service is not available but that works for because we leave early in the morning

Our family enjoyed exploring the fine waterfalls and trails at Watkins Glen State Park . The renovated double room we had was bright and immaculate, and we loved relaxing on our balcony with beautiful views of the lake. It was a perfect escape with two teenagers!

In my wife's opinion, the pool could use some updates for family fun.

We booked a king suite with a balcony but were initially placed in a ground floor suite, disappointing. Although the staff moved us, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. The patio had cobwebs, and the floor needed sweeping before guests arrive. The driveways outside were quite rough, giving the hotel a less appealing appearance.

We had the best time here! The lake view from our double room was just fine. Adam, the manager, was super helpful. Plus, the new deck was perfect for hanging out with other guests. Only bummer was the bathroom could use some more shelves for our stuff.

Spacious and squeaky clean rooms that come with cozy beds and smoke alarms. the private bathroom has a nice tiled floor. Plus, you can't beat the convenience of being right in the heart of town! 🌟
